Ropack Inc. has purchased two pharmaceutical facilities in Long Island, NY, significantly expanding its capabilities, which will now include R&D, formulation, lab analysis and commercial and clinical manufacturing.   The buildings, formerly operated by Forest Laboratories, total 213,700 sq.-ft.
